Yes I checked my Spam. I don’t understand what happened because I had been receiving Dover Police updates for over 2 years. I signed up through them, then all of a sudden they stopped. I went back to the police web site and was told I was already registered, then referred to WordPress……Totally confused! -

I checked your account and it looks like you subscribed to them 6 days ago. Everything looks set up correctly. Since then, they have published two posts, 4 days ago and 3 days ago. To verify, you did not receive either of those email notifications?
As I check your email logs, I see that you were receiving the emails fine up to two weeks ago, which happened to be the same time you created this account. Let’s wait and see what happens when they post again. Based on the settings, you should receive email notifications whenever they publish new content.
Post here once a new post is published and we’ll look further into this for you.

Hi there,
It looks like we’re not sending any emails for that site, due to a problem with the Jetpack plugin on that site. The site owner will have to contact our support team themselves at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so we can help them figure out and fix whatever is causing this.
