Not receiving email when feedback is posted on my contact form

Whenever someone posts a comment to my blog, I receive an email. However, when someone posts a comment on my Contact page via the Contact Form I added I do not receive an email. Is there a fix for this?

Did you check your email client spam filter? If you use Gmail then did you check under the “social” tab? I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. -

Have you tried adding your email address to the contact form as an additional recipient? That might get it to work.

Alternately, you can see all incoming Feedback submitted through the Contact Form in Feedback -> Feedback in your blog’s admin panel:

I wasn’t able to see your email address as a recipient, so I went ahead and added it in. As a further step, I also submitted a test message using the form. Can you let me know if you received a notification this time? Thank you!

I didn’t do it with CSS, but by following the guide written under “Notification Preferences” in this support page:
