not receiving email with authorization code please help

  i would very much like to transfer my domain to another regristrar and have followed all the necessary steps. when i ask for them to email my authorization code i am getting no response. please assist in any way you can….my blog is threekidsandafish.com

  Are you sure that you are checking the correct email address? Those codes go to the address listed in the whois data for the domain.

  I have tripled checked the correct email and nothing has come though.

  The email you should be checking is (email visible only to moderators and staff), is that the one you are using?

  I went back and looked into the spam folder..and there it was …the email I need…thanks so much for your help…I appreciate it :-)
