Not receiving emails

Hi,
I seem to be stuck with the email confirmation.
I have created an account a while back and recently returned to it to start using it. I got the pop up message to confirm email. Every time I click send, I don’t get anything at all, not even in the spam folders. I tried changing email, but it appears that I need to confirm I want to change email via my old email. Still nothing came through.I tried to publish my first page but it keeps saying successful but nothing actually gets published and my page keeps going back into drafts. I am assuming this is happening due to not having email confirmed.
Could someone help?

I ended up receiving the email for change of email and successfully changed my original email to a different one.All working now.
