not receiving emails from contact form

I have checked the settings on my contact form and enabled notifications but when I did a test it went into spam. How do I fix this so I receive emails from my contact form immediately? Here is the link to that page https://lisamathisen.wordpress.com/book-an-event/ -

Did your test submission go into spam in your dashboard? If so, that’s because our system judged your test-content to be spam :)
Try submitting the form with actual content of the type you’d expect a site visitor to submit, and try submitting it using a logged-out/incognito browser session.
If legitimate submissions do end up in spam, you can just mark them as Not Spam. This will train our spam filters to not filter content like that in future.
