Not receiving emails from contact page

    Hi
    I am not receiving any emails via my website contact page to either of my emails accounts.
    When trying to resolve and doing test sending I keep getting error 504

    A friend tried with their email and it worked but doesn’t with eith of mine. One email is sky.com the othe gmail.com
    I have WPForm for contact page and tried everything including the SMTP plug in
    Help!!
