Not receiving emails from my contact form
-
Yikes! I just found two really old client inquiries sitting in Feedback on my dashboard. I never received email notifications from my contact form. They did not go to my spam folder. How do I ensure that I get notified when someone submits feedback or uses my contact form.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Wow, really? Not a single response on this? I’ve learned from other colleagues that this seems to be a fairly common problem. I’d say its a pretty significant bug that people cannot connect with me directly from my website. :-/

Hi there,
The site http://smileybirthservices.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com but is using the self-hosted WordPress.org software. We don’t have any access to your site’s dashboard to check what is going on.
Are you using the Jetpack contact form, or a different contact form plugin? If you’re using the Jetpack form you can reach Jetpack support here:
Otherwise, please contact the authors of the contact form plugin you are using directly, or else you can ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums:

I’ve had the same problem several days ago. My site (olexica.com) is hosted on WordPress. I wrote to a Happiness Engineer, and they promised to check everything and get back to me in 24 hours but I’ve never heard from them anymore.

I see you managed to connect with us on live chat after posting here and you’re now using the Contact Form 7 plugin.
Please note that as a Business Plan owner the support forums is not the best place for you to get help. Instead, please use the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact. If live chat is not available it will let you submit an email ticket in our priority support queue instead.
