Not receiving emails from website such as password reset or form notifications

Hello team,
Recently, I have found out that we are not receiving notification emails for one of our forms, which is set up with Frominator. Then I went on to read about similar problems people have had and followed the instructions to try to find out what the issue might be. I figured out that the problem extends beyond the form, as I tried to reset the password on my account and did not receive a password reset email. I have installed the WP MAIL LOGGING plugin which did not flag any errors such as SMPT errors (below).
Any idea what I should do to fix that?

I checked your site and noticed that it’s not hosted on WordPress.com but is instead a self-hosted WordPress.org site, as you can see here:https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/mawdsleyspumpservices.co.uk
What you’ll want to do now is ask your question on the WordPress.org community forums at this link:

That forum is perfect for sites like yours that use WordPress software but aren’t hosted with WordPress.com.
