Not Receiving Emails from WordPress.com

I believe this is a unique situation as I am not finding any information specific to my issue on the forums. After adding WordPress to the nameservers at my domain provider, all email traffic stopped. I was able to determine that there was an issue with the information input there and have since cleared it back to the default nameservers. All email traffic is restored EXCEPT for any email traffic coming from WordPress.
When I attempt to login at WordPress, it sends a confirmation email that I cannot receive. I have attempted to trace these emails via my email admin center and it shows there are no emails hung up anywhere.
Unfortunately, this happened before I was able to setup a recovery email or 2 step verification. How can I go about recovery if I am not receiving emails? How can fix this issue without having to login to WordPress?
