  Please check this link:

  Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Emails. Click ‘Manage’ for either the ‘New Order’, ‘Cancelled Order’ or ‘Failed Order’ email notification

  Hello there,

  To note relaxingrituals.co.uk is not hosted with WordPress.com, so ideally for issues regarding emails not being sent, you’d need to reach out to the hosting provider to make sure everything is ok at a server level.
