Not receiving export download link email

  I have tried to export all content last week and today and have not received any email after getting this message: A download link will be sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) when the export has finished. Can you please send me the link? We have checked our spam/junk and cannot find an email there as well. (If possible can you please copy the email to: (email visible only to moderators and staff)?)
