Not Receiving ICAAN Verification Email

I’ve updated the email address for this domain’s contact details and don’t seem to be receiving a verification email. I have confirmed that the address is correct and that it is not in the Junk box.
Ultimately I will be requesting a domain transfer code and am concerned that this email may also not arrive.

Furthermore, having refreshed the page, the address for this domain has reverted to the original email.
I appreciate this may be populated directly from the ICAAN information, but should such a change take more than 5 minutes or so to occur?
