not receiving icann email (not in spam)

  Hello,

  I’m trying to update the name servers for my client but on the account, i see this message.

  You must verify your email address through the ICANN verification email before you are able to update the name servers for your domain.

  The verification email says it has been sent but it’s not being received.

  I also see this message Urgent. Please verify your address through the verification email as soon as possible, or your domain may be suspended.

  Please help me avoid having this domain suspended.

  Hello!

  That sounds like an issue for the domain’s registrar. Nothing can be done here unless it’s hosted at WordPress.com

  What is the domain?

  The domain is registered through wordpress as was the hosting.https://wordpress.com/pricing/?ref=newdash-footer

  If the address is correct, have you tried checking the spam folder for the email?

  Hi hathornaturalhealing,

  You must verify your email address through the ICANN verification email before you are able to update the name servers for your domain.

  A verification email was sent to the email address you added to the contact details for your domain — this is different to the email address you are using for your WordPress.com account. You can check where the verification email was sent to on this page (click on ‘Domain Contacts’):

  https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/hathor-natural-healing.com/edit/hathor-natural-healing.com

  If you check that account and still can’t it, just let me know.
