Not receiving ICANN verification email – not working

Hello,
I’m not receiving the verification email for ICANN. I need to transfer the site to another user, as the ownership is changing.
My email starts l_b etc.
Please help. I have checked spam folders for my account.

Hi there,
It is not possible for you to transfer a domain to another user yourself. You can only transfer the domain to a different registrar.
It also looks like you recently updated the email address for the domain contact information. The ICANN email is sent to that email address, not to your account email address.
If you give me the username of the user to whom the domain must be transferred I can do that. Then the new owner can update their contact information on the domain, at which point they will need to verify the new email address with ICANN.

Do you want to transfer only the domain, or the Premium Plan as well?
Note that you will still be the owner of the site itself, meaning that you’re the only person who can delete the site, and you cannot be removed as a user.
If you want to transfer the site to another user completely, you can do it from this page:
