Not receiving initial confirmation email

I am trying to edit menus but it says pending and asking to verify email. I’m not getting the verify email to be able to do this.

Hi there. First, please check your spam folder, and if you use Gmail also check the Social tab in the inbox.
If the confirmation email isn’t there, there should be a link on your dashboard to resend the email. Let us know if that doesn’t work.
