Not receiving my email change confirmation

    Hi,

    I’ve submitted a new email as my user profile’s official address so that I can receive messages there through a contact form for my site. I’m referring to the email entry for my admin user profile in my site’s dashboard, The Correspondante.

    But I haven’t gotten a confirmation message of the change from WordPress at my new address. Note, I got notice of the change at my old address, and my new address has been entered for in my WordPress.com user profile page. Please help me troubleshoot this.

    Are you speaking of the email for your WordPress.com account, or the admin account for your site?

    Your WordPress.com account shows a successful email change two days ago, and that change has already been confirmed.

    But you shouldn’t need to change any account’s email to change where a contact form goes. Most contact form plugins allow you to specify when setting up the form to which email address you’d like replies to go, so check that plugin’s documentation or contact their support for help on how to do that.
