not receiving my refound

    hi
    I ve cancelled my upgrade domain and you told me my refund amount will be in my account maximum in 10 days . now its 12 days and I still not receiving my amount back.
    please reply me ASAP

    Hi there,

    In general, refunds take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it really depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. You can follow up with your bank directly on this by providing them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference. Here’s a link to your refund receipt:
