Not receiving my refund

I cancelled my premium package upgrade. Never received a refund or email confirming this, although my account shows that I’m back on the free basic package. So I used a pop up message box to ask for my refund. The person said that my cancellation never ‘went through properly’ and I should be refunded my $99 in 2 days. It has been over 2 weeks with no refund. I can’t seem to find anywhere to email or chat with support staff. Very frustrated! Have I lost my $99???

I too cancelled on 15th and had a confirmation email, however WP have taken £210 from my account today. I cannot find any way of contacting someone there to query this – is there any way of contacting a real person there? I can understand your frustration – can I ask what or how do I get a “pop up message box”? It does seem like awful customer service particularly given that they are holding onto funds for something which neither you or I have.

The pop-up chat box was just by luck. I’ve visited that page several times now and there is no pop-up chat box anymore.

I’m seeing that payment as having been voided. That means it never actually went through and thus didn’t actually need to be refunded.

I too am waiting on a refund, it’s been about 2 weeks and I still dont have one. The payment wasn’t voided on my account as it shows up as cleared on my statement

One day! I have answered support questions here for over 8 years and believe me when I say that many bloggers wait for days for responses to their support requests.
