Not receiving "new comments" by email

So I should report my issue again on the new support form, right? Should I link this thread (if that’s possible), so they can see everything that’s been written so far with my issue?

It looks like I’m not receiving responses by email from another wordpress blog. I filled out the support form yesterday, but I don’t know how to add to that form to let them know of the other blog I’m not getting email responses from. This is the other blog that I’m having issues with: tezmilleroz.wordpress.com
Is there a way to add this info to the form I filled out yesterday. They haven’t responded yet, so I don’t have a link to reply to.
