not receiving notifications

    A couple of my followers claim they are not receiving a notification when a new blog is published. How can this be remedied?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    The one today is for (email visible only to moderators and staff) He is an email only subscriber

    Hi there,

    The email address which you mentioned was sent an email from our servers yesterday for your post Pursuit of Excellence. It may be that the message got caught up in their filters or got routed to their Spam folder, but we definitely sent the notification email.
