not receiving notifications on webpage or email

    Hello. I am interested in receiving notifications, both on the WordPress webpage (not browser notifications, just the regular notifications within the webpage) and via email. I have these things turned on in my notification settings, but have not received any notifications. In particular, I wanted to see WordPress’s daily writing prompts, but not one has shown up after many days of having an account. How can I fix this?

    I have checked the troubleshooting page, but don’t see a solution there. There is nothing in my spam folder. I’m definitely checking the correct email address. My email address is definitely working, since I receive emails from plenty of other contacts.
