not receiving online notifications

  I’m not getting ALL notifications thru the notification feature (top right of my screen), only getting a few. I’ve checked online support, response is “nothing found”. I’ve changed nothing to my blogs or my email and I’ve checked all settings. This began late Monday/early Tuesday.
