Not receiving password reset email

    Hi,
    I’m not receiving a password reset email for one of my wordpress.com blogs. This is incredibly frustrating and I’ve been waiting a while now

    I’ve had to login in to my other accounts to post this up

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Is this the URL of the blog in question
    http://heavenkaur.wordpress.com/ ?

    If not then pôst the URL please. Then check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi there,

    I am having exactly the same problem, I have had to create another account to get some help!

    I created an account last week – username ‘thestudiestudies’ and paid £11 to link this with the domain I had already bought. I never received a confirmation email and am using the password I set it up with and I can’t get in at all.

    When I go through the process of recovering my account, it recognises that ‘thestudiostudies’ is an account and says it has sent an email to me but it never turns up!!!!!

    I really don’t want to have to pay another £11 to map my domain again, as I have already done it – I just need a way to get into the account.

    Hope someone can help as I’m stumbling at the first step of setting up a website. Thanks – Hannah
