Not receiving password reset email

  I cannot receive a reset email and my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I have tried several times but cannot find any solution. My blog is set in a local environment, so it doesn’t has got an address to access.
  Can you please let me know how to receive the reset emails?? Thanks!
