  I am trying to log into my WordPress.com site but when I request a new password I do not receive the email
  .
  Email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Any help would be gratefully received

  Tried to resend the link many times but did not received any email from WordPress. Checked that nothing was blocked my by email provider. As I said it was working fine on Friday

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  With that said, try https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/#through-phpmyadmin

  You’ll find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s control panel.
