Not receiving password reset email for blocked account

  I’m trying to log into my account associated with https://shawnoutloud.wordpress.com/. But when I do I get the message “Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.” I give the needed information and never receive the password. My email is a Gmail account. I’ve checked my inbox and Spam folder and it’s not there.

  Unbelievable. I was getting the email the entire time, but it was going into my Trash folder, and Gmail’s search wasn’t showing me the option to view my Trash until I specifically searched for emails coming from WordPress.com.

  So that’s stupidity on my part, I guess. Carry on.
