Not Receiving Refund Email

I would like to cancel and refund the premium upgrade that I accidentally purchased today–and, despite having clicked the “cancel and refund” button at least half a dozen times (and being alerted that an email was sent to me), I have had NO LUCK.
I did not even mean to purchase the premium plan, but am now stuck with a $79 charge…and not getting email/s to help with cancellation.
PLEASE ADVISE!!!

I have tagged this post for a moderator to check your account and advise as soon as possible.
In the meantime, can you please check that your email addresses are correct on your WordPress.com Account Settings>Account and also at Users>Personal Settings on your blog. I also am assuming that you have checked your spam folders just in case.

I have checked spam folders several times, yup–and my email addresses look to be correct!

I’ve refunded your Premium plan. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
