Not receiving refund email

Hi,
I am trying to get a refund for “Custom design” and “No Ads” upgrades for http://lifejottings.org. I would have clicked the “Cancel and refund” button at least 10 times, and I am not getting an email at the registered email id. Please help with this.
Note: I want to cancel these as I don’t find them useful now.

I’ve removed and refunded these Upgrades. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
