Not receiving reset password e-mail

  I’ve forgotten the password to access my blog and I’ve pressed “forgot password” several times over several days without receiving any e-mail. I’ve entered both my username and e-mail without anything happening. This resultet in having to sign up with a new account (the one I’m sending from now) as I’m not able to log in to my old one to access the forum or support. My username is “Kinerenate” (and mail is kinerenate at gmail dot com) and the blog it concerns is “http://theworldturnsslowly.wordpress.com/”. I’ve checked my spam every time and nothing. I also double checked my other e-mail accounts, but without any luck.
