not receiving revenue reports from wordpress

    i am not receiving my revenue reports by email when i log in to wp and select for them t be emailed to me. i also cannot access the live chat feature. please help asap with both!

    Can you share the URL of your website?

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
