Not receiving SMS authentication code

  I’ve just got a new phone and I’ve lost access to my two factor app, I’ve tried resetting the code via the SMS option however the code don’t seem to be coming through. I’m positive the correct numbers within my settings so I’m not sure what else to try.

  I had the same problem, and I think I found the solution.
  I had the problem when I was trying to log in to my blog. Then, I tried to log in to my profile: https://wordpress.com/me
  There, I can also request the code in SMS (text) – and this time I received it. Now, it works fine.

  @palkerekfy, thanks for your suggestion, just given that a whirl and sadly that didn’t work either, not sure if there’s anyone from WordPress who could perhaps help me recover the account on here?

  Still struggling with this one, just realised it’s attached to my gravatar with it using the WP login, so I can’t get into that either now :(
