Not receiving SMS for Two-Factor Authentication and have no access to backup codes

  Hey,

  I’ve been requesting for Two-Factor Authentication codes to be sent to my mobile phone (phone number is recorded in my profile) and I am not receiving any SMS and I don’t have access to the backup codes for my profile/website.

  I’m wondering if some new backup codes could be sent?

  Thanks.

  Hey,

  I’m currently logged into my account now, and am not receiving SMS codes for the Two Factor Authentication.

  Somehow the email that was sent upon account creation has disappeared and I’m unable to recover it.

  Is there any way for the Two Factor Authentication to be cancelled?
