Not receiving SMS Verification Codes

    Hello,

    For whatever reason, I am not able to receive the SMS Verification Codes. I have checked and my number is correct within the system.

    Any suggestions on what I can do?

    Hey there, it may be some kind of delay between our system and your provider. I’ll dig into that to see if anything needs to be done on this end, and will follow up with my findings. You might check in with your provider, too.

    Going forward, note you do have the option to use a 2FA app instead. If you have a smart phone, I’d recommend that, since there’s no waiting for a text, no texting fees if you’re outside your country, etc. I’d also strongly recommend generating a set of backup codes and keeping those safe but ready to be used if needed.

    I’m back. :) Can you check in with your carrier to see if those messages are blocked? They seem to be delivered from this side.

    Thank you for checking on this.

    The messages started showing up about an hour and a half later. So there was definitely a delay but I did finally get them.
