Not receiving support

I have performed of a site I have been developing to my WP instance using the all-in-one migration tool. It has not come correctly. I do not have the ability to contact the live chat as it says I have an “Unknown site”. I have sent several emails to support and noone has responded, even though I am paying for premium support. I do not have access to my Jetpack backups as it says access is denied.
Where can I get help? Support is not responding to any of my requests.
