Not receiving the activation email

    Hi, I have not received the activation email. I have hit the resend button several times and still activation email sent. I verified that my email is correct on the account settings page. Also I double checked the email spam/junk folder and nothing is there either. Please help.

    Hi,

    Do you have any sort of email forwarding on the email that you used to sign up? Sometimes things can get lost in translation.

    If not, and you just typed in your email and then went through the setup process normally, it might get a little more complicated involving the way your email is set up (i.e. are you checking for the email on your phone? Have you changed your phone email settings recently? Are you using IMAP or POP3 protocols….etc.)

    I do not have any email forwarding.

    I am checking the email from my desktop computer and my email uses POP3 protocol.

    I seem to get the support emails fine though. Only the activation email is not coming through. Without the activation email, I cannot edit my blog page.
