Not receiving verification code

  Good day sirs,
  I typically log in from Austria but are now in Thailand on vacation. Now I cannot log in and I have tried with getting sent a verification code, twice but nothing was sent to my email and then I tried to ask for new password, but also here I did not receive any email.
