Not receiving verification code from WordPress and Have no Backup Codes

  Help!

  I have been trying to access my account since June 9th and it is not working. I have not received verification codes from WordPress eventhough they say on the page that the message has been sent. I have called my mobile courier here and they have told me that all is normal. The funny thing is that I received a code on the 8th of June and everything was running great, but not on the 9th!! :(

  I ALSO failed to copy my Backup Codes when I enabled the two-step verification. So I am basically locked out of my home! Please help!

  STATUS REPORT:

  I am back in all thanks to WordPress Happiness Engineer Bryan. I won’t lie, I cried a lot when I was blocked out, because I should’ve taken the necessary steps mentioned by WordPress, and disappointed myself. This whole issue could have been avoided! But they are happy tears now because I am back in and ready to work, research, and share on my webpage.
