Not receiving Verification Codes- Can't access account

  I have lost access to my wordpress account and looking to regain access to it.
  Made this account just to ask this question, since I cannot log in to the other account without having to use the verification code claimed to have been sent on my SMS, however I am not receiving them.

  I already know my email and password accurately, however only due to not getting the verification code, I am unable to open the account. I also do not have any backup accounts saved so would really appreciate some help on how I can log back in.
