Not receiving word ad payments after being signed up.

I have not received any payments from word ads. I signed up and the ads are being displayed but I have not received any payments to my paypal account. I tried to put my Social Security number into the words ads area but it is not being recorded. If that is why I am not receiving payments, please explain what’s wrong and how can I receive payments for your ads.

WordAds pays once per month via Paypal. After the month, WordAds will send you an email with a link to your dashboard indicating that your prior months earnings are live. The last day of the month we will PayPal your earnings to you. If you did not earn a minimum of $100 in that month, Paypal will not go out and your earnings will carry over to the next month.
You can see your earnings at Settings -> WordAds -> Earnings in your blog’s Dashboard.

I didn’t see the earnings tab until you told me that there was one. I checked the earnings and I have very small earnings. It would take a long time to make 100.00. The other thing that I was wondering about is that when I put my Social Security into the tax ID box it disappears when I save it. Why is it doing that? I have to assume that it has been recorded. Just for my curiosity, how many impressions per month would I have to get to make 100 dollars? Thanks for your help.

Yes, your data is being recorded correctly. We don’t display it in the form after saving for your security, but you should see “on file” in light grey letters in the text box.
We can’t release information on earnings rates, but you’ll get there eventually, you’re off to a consistant start. :)
