Not receiving wordpress emails

I am trying to transfer my wordpress domain. I have went through all the steps but I am required to “Verify my email” and I also needed to email the transfer code to my email. I have clicked the “Send” button many times but I am not receiving any emails. The email address is correct so that is not the problem.

Funnily enough, I received an email for submitting this support request, but I still have not received an email for transferring the domain.

Hi there,
After looking into your domain I found that it is locked until February 27th, 2014 as it is a new domain. Please note, ICANN (the governing body over domains) places a 60 day lock on all new domain registrations and renewals to prevent fraud. This is a requirement placed on all domain registrars, so there is no way to waive it.
Please wait until tomorrow and try again.
