Not Receiving WordPress password reset emails

Hello,
I am trying to get into an old wordpress.com account. When I go to reset the password, I am not receiving the email link to reset it.
I need to get back in to get the domain renewed!
Does anyone have any insight?

But I don’t have access to that email address anymore.
The domain I need to gain access to and renew is nixsnowblowing.com

Thank you for sharing. The domain nixsnowblowing.com is registered through GoDaddy and the DNS records don’t point to WordPress.com. This tells us that you’re probably set up with the open source WordPress installation rather than using our managed hosting solution from WordPress.com.

That’s no problem. Thanks for sharing. I see the link from the landing page redirects you to the domain management page, and since you don’t have account access, it’s not working.
I’ve emailed a new password reset link to the email on the account for that domain. Can you take a look and search for “Account Help WordPress.com” that’s the subject line I used. If that email is not located, we will need to proceed differently.
You can regain account access by providing a transaction ID from the last purchase/renewal or another item specified on our account recovery page. I’ve mentioned the transaction ID because it comes from the bank/card account, and you won’t need access to the email or WordPress.com account to retrieve it. The last renewal was on 2023-06-15.
