Not recieving Domain refund

I just recently subscribed to a plan, but have decided to cancel.
I cancelled the plan, and then the domain, but only received partial refund.
The domain was cancelled well within the 48 hours limit.
What should I do?

I’ve issued the remaining $26 refund for the domain portion. This could take up to 10 business days to post back in to your account.
