Not Recieving Email for Blog Transfer

Hi, I need to move one of the blogs under one username to a new username. I followed the instructions which included opening a new wordpress account with the new username I want to transfer a blog to. I then clicked on the “transfer blog” option at its current location and have been waiting for the email so I can confirm this. However, the email has not come (sent request twice yesterday). The blog i am trying to transfer is called hornbyeducation.com. It is currently under this username – Hornby Natural History. I need to move it to the username hornbyislandeducation.
Please can someone help with this. Let me know if any more info is needed.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see that Victoria sent you an email to confirm this blog transfer. If you got that email from her, you can reply directly to that email and she can help you out.
Otherwise, I can help you finish that transfer. Just to confirm, that blog includes the following upgrades:
- Custom domain hornbyeducation.com
- WordPress.com Premium plan
- Organization theme
Can you confirm that you’d like to transfer ownership of the blog and all of those upgrades to the user hornbyislandeducation?

yes somehow I didn’t receive the email. That information is all correct (premium plan, organization theme, and domain hornbyeducation.com) and I’d like to transfer ownership of the blog to user hornbyislandeducation.
