Not recieving mail or notification for comment or follows

There are two admin over a single blog the one who created gets all the notification but the later is the one posting and working on blOh but gets no notification or message
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, the author of a specific post and the site owner will receive the notifications of new comments.
Site owners receive comment notifications for all posts, and can moderate any comments. Other site administrators will not receive comment notifications unless they a) have written the post, or b) have followed the site and opted-in to receive notifications for all comments on the site.

Hi there,
The last comment on your site was on 19 May, and our logs show that we sent you two emails on that day for new comments, and one email that you have to moderate a comment.
If you did not receive those emails, gmail is most likely filtering them. Besides the Spam folder, please make sure you also check the Updates and Social folders in the inbox.

As I said above, we have been sending emails of to you for every comment on posts you authored. If you’re not receiving the emails, they’re being blocked or filtered by Gmail. We can’t do anything about that as we don’t control what Gmail does.

Hi.. Add me to the list of ’email notifications’ — I subscribe to my blog to check those notifications of new posts, and the one published last night did not reach the inbox. In the past week I’ve noticed new posts in the reader that did not reach via email from other bloggers. Thirdeyemom was one, HughCurtler/DailyGadfly was another, HandsonBowie/the cat … sometimes they arrive via notifications and other times they dont. Nothing in the spam box. The ‘please moderate’ and pingbacks often do not arrive either, and new email subscribers rarely are shown via notification.

@zeebradesigns – This thread refers to comment notifications reaching the author of the post and the site owner, not with notifications of new posts.

@zeebradesigns I’ll post here since you may not see this notification otherwise. In your case, Yahoo is intermittently rejecting mail sent to your address. Please contact them to work that out, since it’s likely affecting other mail as well.
In the meantime, you’re welcome to update your address here. Be sure to confirm by clicking on the link that’s sent to the new account.

supernovia and justjennifer… thank you for your prompt replies, and my apologies for being on the wrong thread… i am writing from the earthquake zone, and the internet is brutally slow here. it takes a minute or more just to open a page. i spent an hour or more looking for an appropriate forum/thread.
