Not recieving reset password

My account (email visible only to moderators and staff) is not receiving password reset e-mails. I bought a theme from athemes and no link to download has been received, they take me to wordpress and asks for passowrod which fails. I created this account just to be able to contact you. Bad system, needs sorted.

It sounds like you are talking about a site that is using the standalone WP software. If you need assistance in downloading a theme you purchased for your standalone WP site from a theme vendor, atthemes, you’ll want to contact them directly. https://forums.athemes.com/
Just to clarify, WP and WPcom are different entities with separate documentation and support forums. You can learn more about those differences here https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If by chance you are referring to a free theme that is only available here on WordPressdotcom, please give us the name of the theme.

I’ve found a WordPress.com account which matches the email address you’ve provided and our system shows a password reset email was sent successfully. If you haven’t done so already, please check your spam folder in case it has gone there.
Just to confirm — are you trying to access your account on WordPress.com, or an account on a specific site? If it’s a site, please send a link to the site you need to access so I can look at the best way forward.
Please let me know and we can go from there.
