not recieving sms code

I enabled the two step authentication some time ago and it has been working so far. Now, I need to log in from another computer and as I try to get the code via SMS, nothing shows up.
How is this possible? I received the code on my phone many times before.

It looks like the SMS code was sent to your phone two days ago. Did you ever receive it? Normally, the SMS code should be delivered soon after requesting it.

Do you have access to your backup codes to login and temporarily disable two-step authentication? I’m not sure why the code wouldn’t be sent. I’m hoping we can temporarily disable and then re-enable the two-step authentication to solve the issue.

I remember when I printed and stored them but I’m currently moving from one house to another and I fear I already packed that (it’s nowhere to be found). Is there a solution if I can’t access the backup codes? Gosh this looks like a mess. :(

Hi there,
I’ve sent a backup code to the email address on file for your account. You should be able to use that code to disable two-step authentication. Can you give that a try?
