Not recognising my account email address / can't reset password

    I cannot access my account (clinicapsychotherapy.org) and have tried to reset the password but I am unable to:

    – the password reset page does not recognise the email address on my account (I have checked it)

    – it does recognise the email address connected to my website. When I use that to request an email reset link, it states is has sent a link but I don’t get reset emails (I have tried several times)

    – I have checked that wordpress isn’t in outlook blocked list

    I have no idea what to do next – could you please help?

    Hi there, do you mean clinicalpsychotherapy.org? It looks like your site is using name servers that aren’t associated with WordPress.com ( where we are). Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

    Just to clarify, this support forum you’ve posted to assists users with free websites hosted on the WordPress.com platform. WordPress.com is a service that hosts WordPress sites, powered by Automattic. WordPress.org is a community where people work on the open source WordPress software.
