Not recognising my site

Hi, I’m looking at Jetpack (I have the Professional subscription) but I don’t think i really understand it. When I click on some of the options under ‘My Plan’ it takes me to a WordPress page that says I don’t have a site and then asking me to create one. Not sure why it’s not recognising it, although for others it works. I was looking at the ads.txt and I’d like more info on that. I found an article on the Jetpack blog about it and I’ve got the ads.txt for my site (according to the directions on the blog https://jetpack.com/2018/11/09/how-jetpack-ads-members-can-increase-their-earnings-with-ads-txt/ ) but not sure why I’m doing it or if these ‘ads’ are even relevant to my site. I’d appreciate any help you can offer thank you…

Actually I’m not even sure how I got to have a “Professional” subscription, I only need the Premium but the money just went out of my PayPal account in January under ‘Wordpress’ – I didn’t realise what it was for then.

For what site is this? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never had any Jetpack sites connected to it, nor have you ever owned any Jetpack upgrade plans.
If you’re using Jetpack under a different WordPress.com account, log into the correct account, and then you can reach Jetpack support directly at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support

I was helped via the help desk thanks… actually it’s pretty confusing, I have a Premium WordPress plan which includes a Professional Jetpack plan and the Jetpack plan has a different renewal date of Jan 2021 while my WordPress is Dec 2020 and there’s nothing to explain it anywhere. So it’s weird that you can’t see this at your end, the person I was chatting to took a while to figure it out too.
Also I think there’s an issue on iPads because when I go in to any of the options on the Jetpack ‘My Plan’ page it says I haven’t created a site yet however, if I do the same on my computer there’s no issue.

It sounds like you’re logged into two different accounts on the iPad and your computer. Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ on each device and compare the usernames.

Omg, thanks so much, you’re right! No idea how that happened, but it happened 3 years ago according to the details of the account… that answers so many questions!!
Thanks for your patience and for figuring out the issue… I’ll cancel the account with no sites.
