Not refund of my domain name

    Hi,
    I recently made the mistake of buying a domain name + home hosting package (99€). I retracted in less than 14 days, I was refunded from my hosting accommodation (73 €) but i do not refund of the domain name. When will this happen?

    We need details please.
    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and cancellation take place?
    6. Do you wish to use the domain on another site? Or do you wish to cancel it?

    Cancelling domains
    It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

    I’ve just refunded you €26 for the domain cost and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    It usually takes 7-14 business days for the money to reach your account, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
