Hi there!
I just checked your account and it seems that all payments have been refunded. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
Note that it can take a week or two for the credit card/bank to process all refunds.

Understood! It might take some time for the credit card processing but if you don’t get it after a week or two, please contact your card issuer/bank to look into the refund.

@accannfree as my colleague noted it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account. For your refunds, two were issued on August 9th (yesterday) and one August 10th (today), so you may still have a wait before they’re posted by your bank. This is not something we control, so once we issue the refund on our end, there’s nothing else we can do here.
You may want to contact your bank to see if they can expedite this process, but you may have to wait if they’re not able to do so.
If you get past 10 days after the refund was processed (August 19th or 20th) and it’s still not showing, let us know.
I hope that clarifies things.

You mean with another provider, or do you wish to continue with setting up a site on WordPress.com with your custom domain?
If you plan to continue here, we can recover the domain right away, let us know!
If you plan to purchase the domain with another provider, it will be come available again, but there is a 5 day grace period before it comes up for purchase again. However if you wait until then, you can purchase your URL again from any company that sells domains to the public.
Hope this helps!
